Go to Apply, fill in your details and a description of the issue, and submit. You'll receive a reference number — write it down or take a screenshot.
Go to Track Application and enter your reference number to see the current status and any notes from the council.
Log in at Admin to review submissions, update statuses, and add notes visible to applicants.
